Brennan’s does a beautiful job packing and mailing cheese. I was so disappointed when they closed the neighborhood market in Brookfield but so grateful to be able to order online. I had never tried Wisconsin cheese before and always believed the hype around it to be way to fake. I was proven wrong when my wife brought home some 3 year aged cheddar! The taste has the little bite of a young sharp cheddar, but the texture is smooth and it melts absolutely beautifully.
