This chile comes together in minutes and can easily be doubled or tripled to feed a crowd.
Heat the oil in a medium, sturdy saucepan. Add the ground meat and cook until the meat is cooked through. Add the drained beans and the jar of Larry's Ranchero or Chipotle Sauce. And stir to blend well.
Bring the chili to a boil, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time. Season with salt and pepper, to taste
Serve the chili with a sour cream, grated Cheddar, sliced avocado, and tortilla chips.
