PreparationWearing rubber gloves, remove stems, seeds, and ribs from chili and chop fine. In bowl stir together chili and remaining salsa ingredients, except avocados. Salsa may be made several hours ahead and chilled, covered.
Before serving, halve avocados, removing pits, peel and cube into ½ pieces. Pile in the center of salsa and serve.
