Bacon and cheese dip? Yup! Yummm.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large skillet, add butter and melt over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sprinkle in salt and pepper. Stir occasionally and cook until onions are caramelized.
In a large bowl, combine Swiss cheese, Cream Cheese and milk. Stir in onion and garlic mixture, artichoke hearts, and half of the cooked bacon. Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining bacon. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
