Cabernet Sauvignon

Oak, dark fruit and tannins...

A dark ruby color and rich plum in the nose complement this wine’s smooth body. The plentiful fruit components marry well with the long oak aging producing chewy warm tannins.

Cheese: Aged Cheddar & Aged Swiss

Zinfandel

Delicious burger or meatloaf wine!

This is a fantastic representation of the Zinfandel grape with concentrated jammy fruit flavors and some black pepper spice, ending with a long, rich finish.
