Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Full-Bodied

This full-bodied Cabernet is aged for 14 months in small French oak barrels. Juicy blackberries, ripe fruit, mocha are just some of flavors and aromas that stand out. Huge mouth with lively fruit, soft, silky tannins, and a complex structure. This is a big time Cab!

Cheese: Aged Cheddar, Aged Swiss, Blue Cheese.
Food Pairing: Pair with red meats, venison and hearty stews with roasted vegetables.



Reserve Chardonnay

Chablis-Style Chardonnay

This Chardonnay is elegantly made in the traditional French style of Chablis. Stylistically, this Chardonnay has silky layers of subtle oaking complemented by zesty citrus and lively tropical fruit flavors along with balanced acids and soft tannins. This wine is a beautiful, complex wine with a creamy, vanillan finish.

 

Cheese: Medium Swiss, Medium Cheddar, Aged Gouda
Food Pairing: Pair with seafood, poultry and white-sauced pasta dishes.

Chenin Blanc/ Sauvignon Blanc

Classically Dry and Refreshing

This blend has a pale straw color. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and green pepper are echoed on the palate along with a balanced zesty acidity. Classically dry and refreshing. A wine Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc fans will love.

 

Cheese: Baby Swiss, Gouda, Mild Brick
Food Pairing: Enjoy this wine all by itself or with salads and seafood.

Merlot/ Cabernet Sauvignon

Fruit, Mocha and Spice Flavors!

This red blend is dry, yet has good fruit and complexity with ripe tannins. Flavors of dark currant, berry and sweet cassis, with hints of spice and mocha mingle on the palate with acid for well-balanced wine. Medium to full-bodied with a lingering finish.

 

Cheese: Aged Cheddar, Aged Swiss, Blue Cheese.

Food Pairing: Pair with BBQ meats, pizza, pasta and burgers.

Reserve Merlot

A Merlot Lover's Merlot

Aged in small French oak barrels for 14 months, this is a full-bodied red wine. This Merlot has aromas of vanilla and cherry and flavors of juicy stewed fruit, mocha and a slight smokiness. Rich, smooth and well-balanced with a backbone of oak and a long finish. Not a wimpy Merlot, by any means.

 

Cheese: Aged Cheddar, Aged Swiss, Blue Cheese.
Food Pairing: Pair with BBQ meats, lamb, dark chocolate, and burgers.

Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

Tropical and Citrusy

This is a dry white wine made in a fruit driven, new world style. The style infuses crisp tropical fruit and citrus with light grassy flavors, lingering onto a fresh mineral finish. A balanced zesty acidity gives this wine a wonderful complexity and versatility.

 

Cheese: Mild Brick, Colby, Gouda & Farmer Basil

Shiraz/ Cabernet Sauvignon

An Hermitage-Style Blend

This Hermitage-styled blend offers exceptional fruit that is complemented by white pepper, spices and a subtle smokiness. Ripe fruit and acid blend with big tannins for a complex and rich red wine with a long finish.

Reserve Shiraz

Rhone-Style Shiraz

This Rhone-style Shiraz has complex flavors of white pepper and spice backed by ripe black plums and dark berries. The ripe fruit and spice are met with full, yet soft, tannins and a balanced acidity.
