Cabernet Sauvignon

Packed full of berry fruit flavor!

Aromas of buoyant red raspberry fruit complemented by notes of cedar, cinnamon and nutmeg. The initial bright berry fruit on the palate reveals a well-defined wine with hints of oak and spice. Raspberry and nutmeg linger on the finish.

Food pairing: Grilled steak, tomato-based pasta, lamb and spicy chili.

Cheese: Aged Cheddar, Aged Swiss

Pinot Grigio

Fresh and fruity, with a crisp finish!

This Pinot Grigio displays aromas of fresh red apples, peach and tropical fruit. Light-bodied palate with a burst of forward fruit backed by a touch of tangy spice and hints of flint. Lingering fresh finish.

Food pairing: Great as an aperitif or with chicken, fish, pork or salads.

Cheese: Montery Jack, Gouda, Baby Swiss

Chardonnay

Tropical fruit and toasty oak!

This chardonnay has aromas of inviting fresh-picked citrus, apple and pear. Flavors of citrus and tropical fruit abound mingling with subtle toasty oak on the finish.

Food pairing: Fish, seafood, poultry, pork and white-sauced pasta dishes.

Cheese: Mild Swiss, Muenster, Colby

 

Merlot

Zesty berries, spice and oak!

Midnight ruby in color, this Merlot has aromas of zesty dark berries, combined with violet and spice. Dark berries are also found on the palate with hints of spice. The bright, ripe fruit complements the oak on the finish.

Food pairing: Spicy pasta dishes, beef steaks and poultry.
