Chardonnay

Layers of fruit flavors and subtle oak!

This Chardonnay has aromas of stone fruit, including peaches and nectarines. Similar stone fruits are found on the palate along with a rich and creamy texture. The finish is long and lingering with layers of fruit and subtle oak.

Food pairing: Chicken, seafood and white-sauced pasta dishes.

Cheese: Mild Swiss, Muenster and Colby.

Riesling

A true New Zealand Riesling in an off-dry style!

This Riesling captures the true essence of Waipara Riesling. The nose displays floral aromas with hints of lemon and lime. The palate is fresh and round and finishes in an off-dry style. A youthful Riesling to be enjoyed now.

Food pairing: Spicy Asian dishes, ham, poultry and pork.

Cheese: Colby, Brick and Swiss

Pinot Noir

Plummy, rich and delicious!

This Pinot Noir displays ripe, sweet plum notes with an edge of complexity on the nose. The palate is rich and rounded supported by fine grain tannins.

Food pairing: Poultry, pork, red meat dishes and mushroom-based vegetable dishes.

Cheese:Cheddar and Swiss.

Sauvignon Blanc

Fresh and lively... It's what New Zealand Sauvignon is all about.

This Sauvignon Blanc displays intense gooseberry and passionfruit aromas. The palate is fresh and lively with a good balance between fruit and crisp acidity. Long, lingering finish.

Food pairing: Seafood, chicken, fish, pork and salads.

Cheese: Farmer, Swiss and Mild Brick.

Pinot Noir Rose

Dry and refreshing

This rose displays fresh raspberry and melon aromas. The palate is dry with huge strawberry flavors leading into a finish that is fruity. Very refreshing. Serve well chilled. 

Food pairing: Mild Cheddar, Baby Swiss and Gouda.

Cheese: Chicken, pork, seafood and salads.

Cabernet/Merlot

Great for burgers.

This Cabernet/Merlot displays A deep ruby red color with big, luscious fruit on the nose (dark red berry) accented by hints of cocoa, spice and coffee. The palate is very rich and full with a nice long dry finish.

Food pairing: Aged Cheddar and Aged Swiss

Cheese: Grilled beef, burgers and stews
