Rich dark fruit, pepper and toast create a wine to remember!
Aromas of mulberries, plums and rich spice, clove, licorice and toasty oak introduce this wine. The palate exhibits rich, bold and varietal fruit flavors of blackcurrant, plum and dark fruitcake with just a hint of pepper. The flavors combine in a layered effect with a long finish of toast, warm, spicy oak and rich, dark fruits. A full-bodied wine with well-rounded tannins and complex flavor.
Food pairing: Italian cuisine, red meat, Greek-style stuffed vegetables

A Cabernet Sauvignon lover's dream!
Lush violets, black olives, and intense blackcurrant combine with toasted oak complexity to provide an alluring bouquet. A fruit driven wine that exhibits rounded tannin structure with soft, astringency on the palate and delivers flavors of violets, cherries, with balanced toast and a lingering vanillin finish.

This Merlot has aromas of juicy ripe plums, dark cherries and fragrant spice complexed with vanillin oak. There are layers of flavors with plum and rich berry coming first followed by licorice, cedar and then a sweet oak lift. Soft and approachable, this wine is full with a supple velvet tannin structure and excellent balance.
Food pairing: Veal, lamb, pasta, beef and pork.

Tropical, citrus and oaky flavors make this wine a rewarding experience.
This Chardonnay has aromas of peach, melon and orange blosssom with just a hint of apricot complemented by subtle vanillin oak. The palate is fruit driven with the flavors echoing the nose, in addition to lychee and guava. The intense fruit, cool lemon-lime citrus acidity and hints of oak make this wine a rewarding experience. Long finish with lingering fruit flavors.

Dark and rich with balanced oak, fruit and tannins!
This Cabernet has a complex nose of blackcurrant and leafy berry fruit underscored by a subtle toasty oak. The palate has a mixture of blackcurrant and cassis flavors, hints of chocolate all complexed by lingering toast, game and vanilla bean flavors. In harmony with all this is a full tannin structure showing superb roundness and integration.
Food pairing: Red meat and game birds.
