It was Skip's passion for mustard that led him to
create his collection. Over the past 10 years, the collection has
evolved. Here are best of the best!
The first
in the Brennan's collection, this mustard is perfect for sandwiches
or brats. It's spicy flavor makes it the perfect foil for heartier
cheeses like Aged Cheddar, Swiss and Limburger.
The most
popular mustard in our collection celebrates Wisconsin's cranberry
crop. This sweet-tart mustard is great with mild cheeses like Baby
Swiss, Gouda and Mild Brick. It's also good atop broiled or grilled
salmon or mixed into mayo for a chicken salad dressing.
A great dipping
mustard for preztels, it's also great on sandwiches like ham or
turkey. Pair with mild or hearty cheeses like Baby Swiss or Aged
Cheddar.
Made with Brennan's
Amber Beer, it's great with brats or burgers. Try blending with softened
butter and use to top steaks hot off the grill.
The newest to Brennan's collection, Brennan's Blueberry Mustard captures the flavors of wild blueberries in a tangy and sweet blend. Perfect with chicken, turkey or salmon.
