Pumpkin Pancakes (Breakfast/Brunch)

Serve these yummy pancakes with warm maple syrup!

Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cup Brennans Buckwheat Pancake Mix
    2 cups milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    ½ jar Brennans Pumpkin Butter


Preparation:

Mix ingredients together until there are no lumps, but do not overbeat.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and film with butter. Pour 1/4 batter into the hot skillet for each pancake. Cook until small bubbles begin to form on the surface, 3-5 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook for an additional 3 minutes until golden on each side.
