Baked Tex-Mex Pimiento Cheese Dip (Condiments, Dressings, Sauces)

If you like traditional pimiento spread, then this is the hot dip for you!

Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    1/2 12oz jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
    8oz block 3 year Aged Cheddar cheese, shredded
    8oz pepper Jack cheese, shredded
    fresh cilantro leaves



Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°.

Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cheeses. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-qt. baking dish.

Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until dip is golden and bubbly. Garnish, if desired. Serve with French bread cubes.
