Berry Smoothie (Breakfast/Brunch)

This flavorful smoothie will get you going in the morning.

Ingredients:
    ½ cup frozen mixed berries
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
    1 cup soy, almond, cow, rice, or oat milk
    1 teaspoon honey
    2 teaspoons orange zest
    1 ½ tablespoons Flax & Company


Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and serve.
