Pecan Pumpkin Butter Bundt Cake

This cake is super easy and is delicious as a coffee cake or dessert with freshly whipped cream.

Ingredients:
    1 package yellow cake mix (about 18.25oz)
    1 cup Brennans Pumpkin Butter
    ¼ cup pecans, chopped
    4 eggs, large
    ¼ cup water
    1/3 cup vegetable oil,


Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Butter and flour a 10-inch bundt or tub pan. Using an electric mixer, mix together all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes until well blended. Pour into pan.

Bake for 60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack. Invert cake onto serving plate.
