A fruity and tasty breakfast smoothie, afterschool treat or healthy dessert.

Ingredients:
    2 cups pitted sweet Bing Cherries
    1 1/2 cups ice
    1 1/2 cups Sugar River plain yogurt
    1/4 cup honey


Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
