Very refreshing on a hot day! Great for summer barbecues!!
Ingredients:
3 cups pineapple juice 1 bottle of dry white wine, like South Island Sauvignon Blanc or Monterey* Coast Chardonnay 1 cup brandy 1 cup ginger ale 1 bunch fresh mint, roughly chopped 1 orange sliced
Preparation:
In a pitcher, combine the juice, wine, brandy, pineapple, and soda with ice and stir. Pour into a large wineglasses and garnish with mint and orange.
*You can substitute Prosecco for the white wine and leave out the ginger ale.
