Peach Cake

A sweet treat with made better with Chin Drippin' Peaches.

Ingredients:
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 ¾ cups white sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 cups fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
    ½ cup chopped pecans


Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375F. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, oil, flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, peaches and pecans. Mix thoroughly by hand.

Pour into prepared 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 50 minutes or until done.
