Great on hot summer night with some appetizers and good friends.

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups mixed chopped fruit (honeydew, fresh peaches, pitted Bing or Rainier cherries)
    1/3 cup sugar
1 750ml bottle white wine, like Monterey Coast Pinot Grigio or South Island Sauvignon Blanc
    ¼ cup brandy
2 tablespoons Triple Sec, or other orange flavor liqueur
¾ cup sparkling water or club soda
    Ice cubes
Fresh cherries with stem on & mint springs for garnish

Preparation:

Toss the chopped fruit with sugar in pitcher. Just before serving, stir wine, brandy, Triple Sec, and sparkling water into pitcher. Add ice cubes to 6 glasses. Fill the glasses with sangria, spooning some of the fruit into each glass. Garnish each drink with a cherry and sprig of mint.
