Salad with Cherries, Mango, Avocado & Almonds

A terrific summer salad. Add grilled chicken to make this a main dish.

Ingredients:
    8 cups mixed salad greens, divided
    1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
    1 small ripe avocado, chopped
    ½ cup pitted sliced cherries
    ¼ cup sliced almonds
    Gloria’s Raspberry Vinaigrette, to taste


Preparation:

Divide the salad onto eight serving plates. Top with the mango, avocado, sliced cherries and almonds. Drizzle with the raspberry vinaigrette
