If you cannot wait until the county fair for your deep-fried cheese curds, here's a recipe to make them yourself. Just make sure you have friends around to help you eat them. They will disappear fast.

Ingredients:
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs beaten
    2 2/3 tablespoons milk
5 oz Brennan's Cellars Cheese Curds
1 1/3 cup of oil for frying

Preparation:

In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the eggs and milk. Mix until smooth. Add more milk for a thinner batter. Coat the curds with batter.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Fry the coated cheese curds (in batches) until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
