Skip personally picks up and inspects every load for these delicacies before taking them to the Brennan’s Cellars location in New Glarus for packaging and immediate delivery to the stores. Available in Cheddar, White Cheddar, Combo and the Flavor of the Week – these curds are a gourmet treat. Use them deep-fried, in a salad or as the perfect pairing with a glass of Brennan’s Cellars wine for the ice breaker at your next dinner party!
