Skip Brennan is a lucky man. He grew up in Green County Wisconsin with the best cheese and cheesemakers right in his backyard!

Master Cheesemaker Myron Olson is a close friend. Myron makes the “King of all Baby Swiss”--  Deppeler’s. Not only is Deppeler’s Baby Swiss the winner of  innumerable awards, including the 2002 World  Championship and more top awards at the Wisconsin State Fair than we care to count, it is also produced at Country Castle, the oldest cheese co-op in Wisconsin. Their experience of over 100 years is why Deppeler’s Baby Swiss is a mainstay in our lineup of Green County Gold and is prized by our customers!
