Perhaps, I have been in denial, but fall has somewhat snuck up on me. This morning (while I was trying to was convince myself that it was still summer) I walked into work and was confronted with beautiful mums, pumpkins, gourds, corn stalks and fountain grass. Well, the display combined with the cold temp (brr…) has brought me back to reality… it’s autumn. So, if you cannot beat em’; join em’!

This weekend I will be crafting my fall display and trying not to snack on Halloween candy. Instead, I will toast fall with a glass of Brennan’s Apple Cider warmed with some of our mulling spices and a Brennan’s Caramel Apple. Maybe, I’ll even bake an acorn squash with some butter and maple syrup in the center. Yum!
